Agreement to Terms

1. No Liability
Citadex, its owners, developers, partners, and affiliates accept zero liability for any kind of financial loss, damage, or negative outcome resulting from the use of this platform.  This includes, but is not limited to:
Account liquidation
Partial or full loss of funds
Incorrect, delayed, or failed trades
Market volatility
Price manipulation or sudden price movements
Server downtime, system errors, or technical failures
Network delays, API failures, or third-party service issues
Any unforeseen events or circumstances
All responsibility and liability belong solely to the user/investor.

2. High-Risk Environment
Digital assets, trading, and investing carry significant financial risk. Markets can move rapidly and unpredictably.  Your account value can decrease at any time, including to zero.
Citadex does not guarantee:
Profit
Accuracy of data
Execution of orders
Platform uptime
Protection against market conditions

3. User Responsibility

You fully accept that:

You are responsible for all decisions made on your account.
You must conduct your own independent research before investing or trading.
You understand and accept that all trades involve risk.
If your funds reach zero, the entire responsibility lies with you, not Citadex.

Nothing on Citadex—including data, analytics, tools, or content—should be considered financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.

Agree Citadex is not liable for any outcome
